Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate operations, ensure quality, optimize processes, and lead teams toward continuous improvement and achievement of organizational objectives. Promotes continuous improvement and analysis of management indicators. **Essential Requirements:** · COMPLETED DEGREE: Industrial Engineering, Production Processes Engineering, or related field. · EXPERIENCE: 3 years as a Production Supervisor, having managed 15 people directly. · AGE: 30 to 48 years old. · GENDER: Indifferent. · ENGLISH: Intermediate\-advanced · Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard\. · 100% on\-site employment · **MUST RESIDE SOLELY IN SAN JUAN DEL RÍO OR TEQUISQUIAPAN AND OWN A VEHICLE.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Align departmental objectives with organizational goals and plans established by General Management. · Plan, coordinate, direct, and control production operations, and organize workflow in assigned areas based on daily planning and special specifications to meet required quantities and delivery deadlines. · Actively participate in the Technical Quality Committee to analyze feasibility of new products before releasing work orders to production. · Plan production and prioritize work orders in the production area optimally to achieve maximum efficiency and meet established delivery timelines. · Track work orders. · Establish and analyze management indicators for assigned areas, work standards, and formulate strategies for continuous improvement and productivity enhancement. · Administer and supervise Human Resources to ensure every part of the process is covered. · Ensure production meets quality standards, timely detection of process deviations, and prevention of errors by personnel under supervision. · Prepare production reports and analyze information required by General Management. · Implement process improvements to guarantee quality and increase production capacity. · Coordinate and control new developments and products, and provide timely follow\-up in assigned areas. · Objectively evaluate the performance and results of each team member. · Monitor implementation of Cleaning and Order practices across all areas. · Keep procedures, work instructions, forms, and records of Management Systems and company certifications up\-to\-date and ensure compliance; perform risk and opportunity analysis for processes under supervision to support continuous improvement. · Follow all company\-established protocols. **COMPETENCIES:** · Leadership · Proactive · Committed · Sense of urgency · 100% customer\-oriented · Organized · Attention to detail · Problem identification and resolution · Analytical ability · Teamwork · Versatile · Decision\-making Employment type: Full\-time Work schedule: Monday to Friday 10\-hour shift On\-site employment Work location: On\-site employment
