Job stability and enterprise infrastructure projects Description We are seeking a Senior L2/L3 Engineer with experience in enterprise storage and backup, to provide specialized technical support in mission-critical environments and direct engagement with customers and vendors. Responsibilities * Level 2 and 3 technical support for storage and backup. * Resolution of critical hardware and software incidents. * Case management and escalation to vendors. * Component replacement and firmware updates. * Technical documentation and SLA compliance. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, IT, or related field (professional license required). * \+5 years of experience in storage and backup. * Experience with: * Tivoli Storage Manager / Networker * Unisphere, VNX, Data Domain * Data Protection Advisor, MyService360 * Windows, Linux, and Unix (advanced). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
