Focus on preventive and corrective maintenance An industrial-sector company is seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in industrial warehouses, ensuring proper operation and preservation of facilities. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (technical training preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge in: * Plumbing (leak repairs, faucet replacement, sanitary fixtures, pipes). * Basic electricity (light fixture replacement, outlets, inspection of simple circuits). * Light masonry. * Finishing work: painting, wall patching, basic drywall repair and installation. * Basic use of hand and power tools. * Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Assist with minor infrastructure repairs. * Conduct basic facility inspections. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Report major failures or repair needs. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to solve basic problems. * Ability to work under supervision. * Commitment to safety standards. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
