




Job Summary: Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of IENTC's network infrastructure by supervising and managing network monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage network monitoring and optimization. 2. Lead technical teams in incident resolution. 3. Ensure network security and availability. **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of IENTC's network infrastructure. This includes supervising and managing network monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization. Responsible for supervising the technical team to ensure effective incident response and implementation of improvements. Additionally, ensure network security and availability. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Proactively monitor and analyze network health, performance, and availability. * Detect and resolve network issues such as outages, congestion, or performance degradation. * Coordinate with technical support teams and vendors to resolve issues. * Perform network traffic diagnostics and analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve performance. * Maintain and update network documentation, including topology and configurations. * Implement network changes and upgrades in a planned and controlled manner. * Administer routers, switches, and other network devices. **EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telematics Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Sciences and Technologies, or a related field. **AVAILABILITY:** Rotating shifts (including night shifts) **EXPERIENCE:** NOC Supervisors must possess solid knowledge of networking, communication protocols, operating systems, information security, server administration, and monitoring tools. Team management experience, including strategic planning leadership, decision-making, and communication with direct supervisors. Technological innovation and interdepartmental collaboration, culminating in exceptional leadership skills and the ability to ensure efficient and reliable NOC operations. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Google Suite * Advanced English * Network device configuration and administration (Routing & Switching) * Network protocols (SNMP, ICMP, SSH, TELNET, LACP, TCP/IP, UDP) * Network monitoring and management tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds) * Network security (ACL) * Network troubleshooting. * IP address management for IPv4 and IPv6 (DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and VLSM). * Incident and change management. * Customer service. * Ticket-based tracking tools.
