Fundación Lazos, an institution focused on transforming educational communities, recognized within the top 10 best companies to work for in Mexico by Great Place To Work and as the best NGO in the GPTW 2021 sector ranking, is looking for your talent as an Educational Advisor. **Position Objective** Accompany Lazos network schools in the implementation of the educational model, promoting school management, teacher training, and community involvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement educational programs and teacher training initiatives at assigned schools. * Monitor the achievement of academic and community objectives. * Coordinate with school leaders, teachers, and families to strengthen comprehensive educational efforts. * Prepare reports, improvement plans, and evidence of school progress. * Participate in institutional meetings, trainings, and outreach activities. * Conduct weekly visits to the school in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (graduated) in Social Work, Educational Psychology, Educational Intervention, Pedagogy, Education, or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in educational projects, community intervention, or school management. * **Knowledge:** * Planning and monitoring of educational programs * Working with school communities * Report writing and educational assessment * **Essential Requirements** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license. * Availability to travel (twice a week to San Miguel de Allende). * Reside in Querétaro or nearby areas.
