We are currently looking for personnel to work in a high-tech greenhouse within Agropark, Colón, Qro., in the Maintenance department RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and develop, together with the maintenance coordinator, the preventive and corrective maintenance program. * Verify daily work schedules for personnel under supervision. * Coordinate staff under supervision to carry out tasks, resolve issues, and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems operate efficiently and in optimal condition. * Provide and manage necessary utilities for the project such as water, gas, and electricity. * Maintain facilities, buildings, equipment, service areas, furniture, and general assets of the greenhouse in good condition. * Supervise and coordinate activities of external companies contracted for modifications or new expansions of the facility. * Coordinate the installation and maintenance of new machinery and equipment. * Coordinate the logistics of greenhouse waste handling in compliance with required safety standards. * Coordinate and oversee the proper functioning of the greenhouse maintenance department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Indistinct * Proficiency in MP software * General knowledge in maintenance areas (hydraulics, electricity, civil construction) * Minimum 1 year of experience * Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or Maintenance Engineering Employment type: Permanent position Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria service * Company phone Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * 5G: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
