




* Coordinate the application of general safety and prevention principles when planning work activities. * Coordinate construction site activities to ensure contractors, subcontractors, and self-employed workers apply preventive measures established in Occupational Risk Prevention legislation. * Approve or monitor the Safety and Health Plan. * Organize coordination of business activities. * Coordinate control actions and functions to ensure proper implementation of work methods. * Implement necessary measures to restrict site access only to authorized personnel. * Carry out safety and health assessments or basic safety and health studies. * Teamwork. * Comprehensive understanding of the building process. * Negotiation skills. * Code of Ethics and Conduct. * Communication. * Information and documentation management. * Commitment to quality, **safety**, and sustainability.
