Provide training to personnel under supervision 3\. Maintain guard shift rosters while managing staff rotation 4\. Conduct customer satisfaction evaluations 5\. Respond immediately to any customer requests or requirements 6\. Prepare and email corresponding supervision visit reports to the client 7\. Investigate any reported anomalies or incidents in service and submit written reports to superiors 8\. Take daily attendance 9\. Ensure and verify availability of necessary materials and equipment for guards' performance 10\. Verify and review guards' compliance with general and specific norms, policies, procedures, and instructions 11\. Flexible working hours 12\.
