Job Summary: This role is responsible for security surveillance and control at the facilities, including area supervision, incident reporting, and access management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain security and order in the assigned area. 2. Control access of personnel and vehicles to the facilities. 3. Report activities that disrupt order or threaten property. ü **Inspect** the assigned area upon starting your shift. ü **Remain** in the area previously assigned by the shift supervisor. ü Periodically **conduct** patrols throughout your work area. ü **Immediately report** to the shift supervisor any activities disrupting order within the company or threatening property. ü **Do not leave** the assigned area without proper authorization from the shift supervisor. ü **Do not depart** from the assigned area until physically handing over to the incoming shift by conducting a joint patrol. ü **Verbally communicate** to the incoming shift pending items, received instructions, observations from company personnel, as well as events that occurred in the area; written documentation shall be provided when required. ü **Wear exclusively** during the shift the uniform identifying you as a security guard, as well as the equipment provided for performing your duties. ü **Assist** in directing vehicular traffic when required. ü **Provide** information requested by visitors to our company. ü **Turn on and off** electrical appliances and interior lighting of the facilities when required. ü **Control** access of personnel or entry of vehicles, equipment, and other items into company facilities. ü **Control** the exit of furniture and equipment from the work area. ü **Verify** that windows, doors, and other access points are closed upon completion of the shift.
