




A major company in the sector is seeking: Training Instructor **We offer:** * Competitive salary according to internal processes * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * 30-day year-end bonus * Grocery vouchers **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related degree. * Proficiency in PC use for MS Office * Knowledge of engines (minimum 3 years) * Reporting on control and execution of training plans * Knowledge of and experience operating heavy-duty trucks **Responsibilities:** * Schedule training sessions. * Deliver theoretical and practical training to client operational staff regarding products, engines, handling techniques, among others, to ensure optimal usage and development of required skills. * Administer and scan assessments for participants, verifying that they possess the required knowledge and skills. * Maintain an up-to-date electronic record of all delivered training sessions. * Upload final participant grades to the platform. * Conduct engine performance tests, inspecting the unit and coordinating repairs with technical staff using specialized tools. * In specific cases, conduct test drives with unit operators to verify parameters or identify poor driving habits causing low fuel efficiency. * Perform engine performance tests to verify compliance with product specifications, supporting the manufacturer in identifying and resolving field issues. * Coordinate training and certification programs for specialized engine operator instructors, requesting, confirming, and following up with Cummins personnel on program execution. * Support Technical Support Engineer visits to clients to determine training location and point of contact.
