Job Summary: Maintenance professional responsible for planning, failure analysis, work order management, KPI control, inventory management, and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance Planning** * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans * Schedule periodic inspections * Define service frequencies based on equipment criticality **2\. Failure Analysis** * Investigate root causes of failures (methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis) * Propose corrective and preventive actions * Analyze failure history to identify patterns **3\. Work Order Management** * Generate, assign, and track maintenance work orders * Verify compliance with timelines and standards * Coordinate with technicians and other departments **4\. KPI Monitoring** * Measure indicators such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) * Analyze maintenance department performance * Propose data-driven improvements **5\. Inventory Management** * Control spare parts and critical materials * Optimize stock levels * Coordinate procurement with suppliers **6\.
