Contribute to continuous process improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational decision-making to guarantee on-time deliveries and optimized costs for our Querétaro office. **Required Knowledge:** * Import/export, tariff classification (HS), origin, and rules of origin. * Customs procedures and foreign trade authority formalities. * Preparation and review of value declarations and foreign trade documents. * Customs regimes, permits, and authorizations (e.g., import permits, sanitary/phytosanitary permits where applicable, such as for gases and oils). * **Important: Must possess knowledge of the 2026 amendment to the Customs Law and its regulations, and completion of the Value Declaration** **Main Responsibilities:** **Comprehensive Import Management:** Prepare and manage all required documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with *Incoterms*. **Regulatory and Customs Compliance:** Supervise formalities before authorities (customs, sanitary, and regulatory agencies) and manage required permits, licenses, and certifications for goods entry. **Customs Value Documentation:** Prepare and thoroughly review value declarations and other essential documents for customs valuation determination. **Validity and Permit Tracking:** Maintain an updated schedule of permit and certification expiration dates to timely manage renewals. **Operational Coordination and Analysis:** Collaborate on procurement planning, monitor costs and delivery times, and identify opportunities to improve import processes. **English:** Advanced intermediate (spoken and written) **System Proficiency:** Zoho (preferred), Office **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm **Work Location:** Col.
