We are seeking: Human Resources Assistant **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Support various Human Resources areas (recruitment, personnel administration, training) and administrative functions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Experience as a Pre-Payroll Assistant, Personnel Administration, or Procurement. * AVAILABILITY TO WORK FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY **Responsibilities:** * SEND SUPPLIERS' INVOICES FOR PAYMENT TO THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. * SEND OR DELIVER CHECKS TO SUPPLIERS IF THEY ARE SERVICED AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE. * CONSOLIDATE STATIONERY PROCUREMENT FORMS AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER. * MAINTAIN PAYROLL RECEIPT RECORDS. * MANAGE PERSONNEL FILES. * MANAGE FOOD VOUCHERS. * PROCESS EMPLOYEE HIRES AND TERMINATIONS. * CONDUCT STPS AND INTERNAL TRAINING. * SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 (paid biweekly) * Direct employment contract with the company * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 26-day Christmas bonus * $950 food vouchers * 9% savings fund contribution * Savings account * Life insurance * Profit-sharing Work location: Querétaro Parks Industrial Park.
