




**FUNCTIONS** * Approve employees’ overtime hours. * Foster a positive and respectful work environment. * Monitor achievement of results. * Enforce the internal regulations and apply sanctions in case of violations. * Ensure compliance with training programs and medical evaluations. * Ensure compliance with administrative payroll and procurement processes. * Maintain constant communication with clients or prospects: improvements, complaints, among others. * Identify and propose new business opportunities. * Make decisions aimed at achieving the objectives established jointly with corporate management. * Submit performance reports to management. * Authorize staff hiring. * Review customer quotations.
