




The Continuous Improvement Engineer carries out activities for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Continuous Improvement System. **Minimum Requirements** \- Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field \- Conversational English **Experience and Knowledge** \- +3 years of experience in the position \- Experience in harnesses (Mandatory) \- Apply necessary tools to achieve excellence and optimization. \- Responsible for monitoring continuous improvement objectives. \- Responsible for coordinating with each department the joint monitoring of project development, tracking, and implementation of continuous improvement until closure. \- Lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kanban, TPM, etc.) \- Waste elimination \- Process mapping \- VSM (Value Stream Map) \- Kaizen Experience and Knowledge \- Develop continuous improvement and EMCIP cost-saving projects for “INDIRECT USAGE” together with plant cross-functional teams. \- Improve efficiency processes, scrap collection, reduction of downtime, and any other area requiring improvement. \- Improve scrap reduction process in production areas. \- Improve scrap collection process. \- Reduce downtime. \- Develop, implement, and monitor lean manufacturing tools, e.g., GEMBA walks, 5S, Kaizen projects, etc., focused on process improvement. \- Improve, standardize, monitor, and audit that the ECI operating system is correctly implemented. \- Develop processes and procedures for continuous improvement in any organizational area presenting improvement opportunities. \- Comply with Quality, Safety and Environment Management System and Corporate Policies.
