Applicant and hired employee follow-up REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology or related field; incomplete degree, intern, or graduate * Minimum one year of experience recruiting for operational positions * Social media management skills * Knowledge of job posting, flyer distribution, and mass recruitment * Field and office recruitment experience * Strong verbal communication skills * Applicant and hired employee follow-up * Document verification * Psychometric testing and reference checking knowledge preferred.
