Ensure the best service and sales experience. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Norte Entity: Querétaro Location Type: Tda Queretaro Plaza Uptown Juriquilla **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service levels, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely channel the customer’s visit into the company’s systems for improved satisfaction.
