




**II. POSITION OBJECTIVE** **Ensure** the administration and execution of the training process for all Kenworth del Bajío employees. This role is key to **ensuring** the design, implementation, scheduling, and documentation of training and development sessions in order to **achieve** continuous improvement in employee skills, performance, and alignment with organizational activities. * **EDUCATION:** Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE DURATION:** Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in training, preferably in manufacturing, transportation, or automotive dealership companies. * **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate English (basic interaction). * **AGE RANGE:** 25 to 50 years. * **GENDER:** Indistinct. * **MINIMUM CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAININGS REQUIRED FOR HIRING:** * Driver's License (desirable). * External trainer agent registered with STPS. * Certification as trainer, instructor, or expert. * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite. **SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Excellent communication, teaching, and public presentation skills. * Proactivity and resilience. * Ability to work independently and make decisions. * Availability to travel frequently. * Problem-solving ability. * Service and people orientation. * Negotiation and vendor management skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Ensure** the assessment of Training Needs Diagnosis (DNC) across all organizational areas to guarantee programs align with actual needs. * **Ensure** the development and execution of the annual training plan, meeting established development objectives and metrics. * **Achieve** efficient management of training vendors, from sourcing and quotation to billing and payment follow-up. * **Ensure** employee attendance in all training sessions, whether internal, regulatory, or with external vendors, to maximize training investment. * **Ensure** compliance with SIRCE platform requirements by registering employees and documenting training sessions to meet STPS regulations. * **Ensure** the proper creation and documentation of Joint Training and Development Committees in accordance with current regulations. * **Ensure** measurement and achievement of training indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. * **Achieve** proper onboarding of new employees through the development and execution of the induction matrix, ensuring process owners deliver required topics. * **Ensure** proper execution of the onboarding program upon employee entry, providing a smooth and comprehensive experience. * **Ensure** correct management of DC1, DC2, DC3, and DC4 forms for training documentation submitted to relevant authorities.
