Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Engineer to lead automation initiatives, develop control logic, and provide technical support to production and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibilities • Lead automation initiatives on the assigned production line. • Develop and strengthen the control engineering team. • Manage and train technical staff and operators. • Support production and maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving failures in process and packaging equipment. • Guide and assist the maintenance team in resolving industrial electrical failures, including interpretation of electrical diagrams and use of measurement instruments. • Develop, debug, and optimize control logic for new implementations and continuous improvements. • Write control scripts and sequences to optimize processes. • Support operational continuity and real-time incident resolution. • Prepare operation manuals and procedures. • Provide technical training to operators and maintenance personnel. • Flexibility for remote support and extended hours, including shift rotation. • Focus on achieving objectives and delivering results.
