Focus on data analysis, risk, and regulatory compliance. **Position Objective:** To ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and appropriate risk management through the planning, execution, and coordination of internal audits, thereby guaranteeing continuous improvement of internal controls and transparency in organizational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and execution of internal audits. * Evaluation of Internal Controls. * Regulatory Compliance. * Risk Management. * Reporting and communication to senior management. * Follow-up of corrective actions. * Availability to travel for field audits. **Functions:** * Design and execute the annual risk-based audit plan. * Coordinate financial, operational, compliance, and systems audits. * Verify the effectiveness of internal controls across various departments. * Identify weaknesses and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing the company. * Identify operational, financial, and technological risks. * Recommend preventive and corrective measures. * Prepare executive reports for senior management. * Present findings and action plans with a strategic focus. * Lead audits and possess knowledge of audit methodologies. * Conduct and follow up on inventory counts. * Field review of fiber-optic and telecommunications projects. **Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in Operational Auditing * Accountant with experience in auditing within the Telecommunications Sector (Preferred) **Competencies:** * Negotiation skills * Analytical ability * Critical thinking * Effective communication * Leadership **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Audit Tools (Advanced Excel) * Data analysis and report generation * Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
