**General** Assembly of conversion tools such as strip kits, guillotine tools. Support in other production departments **Tasks** * Use of woodworking tools such as milling machines, sanding equipment, and vacuum systems * Assembly of branded products from pre-cut materials * Ability to read blueprints and CAD files for precise assembly * Lifting and handling of wood, metal parts, and tools * Ability to perform repetitive movements and have high finger dexterity * Clean and maintain department equipment * Maintain records of the equipment's preventive maintenance program * Required to understand and use the safety equipment specified by the department * Collect, organize, and distribute materials to different departments * Ability to organize assigned tasks to complete them independently or with assistance * Ability to complete and meet documentation requirements for personal time sheets in a timely manner * Cross-training and support of other production departments * Organization and maintenance of the warehouse area as required by management * Treat all Marbach information and customer information confidentially * Report to supervisor any problems or issues affecting the company's ability to meet customer requirements * Operate Marbajet * Must be adaptable to a changing work environment * Willing and able to work variable shifts and dates, including holidays, weekends, and night shifts as needed * While performing duties of this job, employee will be partially exposed to sharp objects, fumes, airborne particles, and high noise levels. **Physical Requirements:** * Capable of standing for long periods working at a table and adapting to a changing work environment * Capable of performing repetitive movements and must have high finger dexterity * Lifting and handling of wood, metal parts, and tools **Preferred Skills:** * Basic computer knowledge * Knowledge of metric conversion * Carpentry knowledge * Use of woodworking tools
