Requirements: \-Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the retail sector. \-Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in sales or marketing departments. \-Proven experience managing sales budgets, placement targets, cross-selling, and commercial growth plans. \-Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress, candidate, or graduate). Key Responsibilities: \-Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring achievement of business objectives. \-Develop and motivate staff, fostering professional growth and performance. \-Implement effective sales strategies and optimize business processes. \-Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports. \-Manage and administer the branch.
