*Join our team!* **CITYBUS**, one of the most important public transportation companies in Querétaro, is looking for your talent as **ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Ensure the Training Needs Diagnosis (TND). * Guarantee the development and execution of the annual training plan aligned with the company's actual needs. * Ensure compliance with SIRCE platform requirements and STPS regulations. * Ensure measurement and achievement of training indicators to evaluate program effectiveness. * Deliver Induction (Onboarding) courses for new operational and administrative employees. * Manage related documentation. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related field.
