Over time, it has established itself as a continuously growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking an **Incident Coordinator** to join our team in Querétaro. This role will operate in a dynamic environment and work closely with the Safety department. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement risk management strategies, defining risk levels and fostering an organizational culture aware of risks. * Manage and optimize insurance programs, including review, analysis, placement, renewal, adequate coverage, use of captives, and technical support for complex claims. * Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, providing practical advice and business solutions for risk-based challenges, and informing senior management of relevant changes. * Lead, develop, and motivate Risk, Compliance, and Internal Legal Advisory teams, ensuring their effectiveness and coordination. * Prepare internal and external reports, participate in internal audits and coordinate with external auditors, keeping stakeholders informed. * Successfully manage and deliver compliance and group projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effective implementation. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields (desirable). * Minimum of 4 years of experience handling transportation or heavy machinery incidents. * Proven experience providing on-site support during accidents or traffic incidents. * Solid knowledge of insurance processes, claims handling, and accident protocols. * Advanced English (capable of negotiating with international insurers). * Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills. * Proactive profile with a practical approach and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits** * + Competitive salary + Medical benefits package + Savings fund + Life insurance + Professional development opportunities + Grocery vouchers *At TS Trucking, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all candidates and employees.
