Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, handling accounts, and ensuring tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive administration of the company's accounting and finance. 2. Preparation and analysis of financial statements. 3. Ensuring tax compliance and tax management. **General Accountant** **Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Manage cash flow (forecasts, daily bank control, and bank reconciliations). * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Ensure timely payments to suppliers and monitor invoicing. * Guarantee tax compliance (tax returns, tax calculations, and responses to SAT requirements). * Control and safeguard accounting and financial documentation. * Provide financial information, statistics, and forecasts to Management. * Support strategic planning and adherence to internal policies. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (degree holder) **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in general and financial accounting. * Experience in tax management and tax compliance (SAT). **Knowledge** * General and financial accounting. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Bank reconciliations. * Cash flow and financial forecasting. * Tax compliance (tax returns, DIOT, federal taxes). * Accounting software / Alegra proficiency. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. **Additional Requirements** * Preference for candidates residing near Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park or with no objection to commuting. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,200.00 – $24,200.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Experience: * FIVE: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
