Collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Fullstack Java Engineer with Golang **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work model (2 days remote - 3 days on-site)** **Position based in Guadalajara** **Technical Requirements** * Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred). * Practical knowledge of Golang and/or Kotlin for microservice development. * Experience working with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, schemas). * Familiarity with microservice-based architectures and event-driven patterns. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and automated testing. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java as the primary language. * Implement microservices and backend components in Golang and/or Kotlin according to project requirements. * Build and integrate data flows and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka. * Participate in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. * Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation. * Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technical standards. **Desirable** * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC. * Experience with high-concurrency or high-volume data systems. **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family health insurance, life insurance of MXN 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing)
