Job Summary: The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, control, and optimization of the company's financial resources, ensuring proper liquidity management, fulfillment of financial obligations, and leveraging investment opportunities. This role is key to ensuring financial stability and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:* Monitor daily cash position and availability of cash flows and credit lines in USD\+MXP * Execute actions to reduce FX impact due to foreign currency exposure (Hedge) * Invest cash surpluses, maximizing returns through Cashpooling contracts using COUPA\+BELLIN platforms. * Manage payments to suppliers, payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations. * Control cash flows and prepare periodic business liquidity reports. * Prepare and update short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts. * Maintain operational relationships with banking and financial institutions (Citi Bank\+ Tesoreria HQ) * Support the implementation of SOX internal controls and provide assistance during internal/external business audits. * Prepare financial reports for management and propose improvements in cash management processes and executed payment procedures. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial, tax, and accounting regulations. Required Profile:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: \+\- 5 years in treasury, finance, or related areas (experience in reconciliations, payments, and cash flow is desirable). * Technical Skills: + Proficiency with electronic banking platforms, financial service platforms, and others (ERP KINETIC\+ CITI PLATFORM\+ PECE\+ COUPA\+BELLING, EDENRED\+PASE, etc.) + Cash flow analysis and basic financial statements. + Advanced Excel and financial analysis tools.
