A career at Kerry offers you the opportunity to shape the future of food while exploring and growing within a truly global environment. **About the role** Accurately and promptly manage customer master data in SAP, ensuring documentation integrity and cycle times, and collaborating with functions such as Customer Care, Finance, and Procure-to-Pay to enhance data flow experience and efficiency. **Key responsibilities** Create/manage customer accounts in SAP (MDG/MDM) and validate critical fields. Review and approve new account creation or modification requests. Monitor KPIs (e.g., SLA for account creation, data quality) and propose improvements. Support end users/requesters, clarify requirements, and standardize best practices. **Qualifications and skills** * English proficiency is essential. * Intermediate Excel skills (LOOKUP, XLOOKUP); knowledge of macros is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. * Skills: critical thinking, continuous improvement, teamwork, attention to detail. * Open educational background (recent graduates are welcome); MDM experience is not mandatory. * Exposure to SAP MDG/MDM. * Power BI. * Interest in digital & automation and adoption of tools.
