Reconnect with family and friends; our “mi\-casa, su casa” attitude invites you to feel the true spirit of Mexican hospitality. * Operate the golf cart safely. * Maintain control of the locker area during the shift, including preparation for the next shift, restocking, and effective communication. * Keep all areas clean, organized, and well-stocked (bathrooms, jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room, saunas, and related spaces). * Attend to and guide guests and members with warmth, professionalism, and high standards of hospitality. * Register member check-ins, offer amenities, and ensure impeccable presentation of products and areas. * Use logbooks, daily logs, and reports to maintain communication and ensure guest satisfaction. * Enforce area rules with kindness and courtesy. * Serve beverages to guests as required and keep the work area organized. * Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and appropriately.
