Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator with experience in programming and machine control operation to operate and maintain machinery, ensuring part quality. Key Highlights: 1. CNC control operation and supervision for part production **CNC MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating machines and tools. * Responsible, punctual * Must be able to commute independently; the company does not provide transportation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **Shifts rotate every 15 days** 1st shift: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday to Friday 2nd shift: 4:30 PM–1:30 AM, Monday to Friday. **WORK LOCATION:** Queretaro Park, Av. Peñuelas, Qro **EXPERIENCE:** **Mandatory:** * **Hands-on machine programming and control operation.** * **Operation of HAAS machining centers.** * Part machining * Measurement of manufactured parts * Tooling of machinery * Assembly and adjustment of parts * Fanuc control system (FIDIA is an added advantage) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and interpret CNC programs to ensure correct functionality. * Operate CNC controls in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. * Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. * Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to optimize output. * Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them against specifications to verify proper process completion. * Ensure and maintain operational conditions within established tolerances. * Verify that part dimensions comply with requirements using measurement tools. * Maintain tools, materials, and assigned machinery in optimal condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized. Report any anomalies in parts or the production process.
