




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage customer documentation, provide client service, and perform logistics activities, ensuring proper handling and delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer documentation and client service. 2. Handle logistics of goods and deliveries. 3. Recover evidence and resolve incidents. **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year **Knowledge required:** Customer documentation management, client service; valid driver's license is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Request recovery of evidence held in operator custody, with the corresponding requirements for invoicing * Process evidence correctly * Accurately identify and store goods under control desk custody (packaging, palletizing) * Dispatch goods correctly to the appropriate terminal * Deliver goods according to customer requests * Recover proof-of-delivery documentation for evidence, as needed in case of incidents * Transport, deliver, and release documentation to internal and external customers as required **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Salary:** $11,000 MXN per month (take-home pay). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Profit sharing (utilidades) * Social Security coverage from day one * Uniforms * 12 vacation days upon completion of one year of service Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
