Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Budget Analyst to ensure the timely supply of materials at competitive prices and with excellence in service, while managing contracts and supplier relationships. Professional development and growth **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **PROCUREMENT AND BUDGET ANALYST** Ensure timely and proper material supply, securing the most competitive market prices from suppliers offering excellence in service and quality, and ensuring timely payment by Ruba and/or the contractor. **Responsibilities:** * Procure materials, monitor warehouses, and track concrete volumes on site * Manage the database, catalog, and pricing * Administer contracts and system operations * Monitor and follow up on relationships with suppliers and contractors * Conduct periodic site visits **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience in procurement, agreements, and contracts for inputs used in residential developments (PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH HOUSING DEVELOPERS/REAL ESTATE COMPANIES) * Establish alliances with top-tier suppliers * Knowledge of unit prices * Control of estimates and change orders **Personal Skills:** * Negotiation skills * Strong communication * Problem-solving ability * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional development and growth * Training programs If you meet this profile, apply now and we will gladly contact you.
