Job Summary: Leads an operational team to ensure efficiency, safety, and high quality in manufacturing operations, controlling processes and meeting productivity requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule, direct, and control production processes. **What You Need:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Engineering background. * Basic English. * Availability to work night shifts. **Knowledge in:** * Sheet metal production process systems. * Quality management system. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and welding symbols. * Welding/painting process. * Standards applicable to the metal-mechanical industry. * Use of measuring instruments. * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the operational team and ensure manufacturing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards; schedule, direct, and control processes while meeting productivity requirements and specifications defined by the engineering department and/or customer. **Benefits:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Free uniforms.
