Location: Monterrey Function: HR Sub-Function: HR - HR Services Contract Type: Permanent Objective: Manage the calculation, determination, and payment of employer-employee contributions via the SUA system, ensuring timely compliance with obligations to IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as the correct administration of housing loans and responses to authority requests. Responsibilities: * Calculate, determine, and pay employer-employee contributions through the SUA system. * Address and follow up on requests, notifications, and clarifications issued by IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Process and consult through institutional portals (SUA, IDSE, and INFONAVIT), and, when necessary, conduct in-person procedures at sub-delegations. * Administer and accurately record INFONAVIT housing loans in the payroll system, verifying correct deduction application. * Provide guidance and support to employees on social security and housing loan matters. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social security processes. * Knowledge of and experience using SUA, IDSE, and INFONAVIT portals. * Experience handling IMSS or INFONAVIT requests. * Intermediate Excel skills (including pivot tables). * Intermediate English proficiency.
