Job Summary: Provides technical support and maintenance for technological equipment in the store, installing, configuring, and training staff to ensure proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and preventive maintenance of technological equipment 2. Installation, configuration, and training on new technologies 3. Active collaboration and identification of improvements in technological processes Provide technical support for technological equipment installed in the store (point-of-sale terminals, printers, scanners, networking equipment, etc.). * Perform periodic preventive maintenance on technological equipment to ensure proper operation. * Install, configure, and commission new equipment or systems according to the store's operational needs. * Support the implementation of technological projects in the store, in coordination with the Deployment team. * Train and assist store staff in the proper use of technological tools. * Identify and report potential failures, risks, or opportunities for improvement in technological systems or processes. * Actively collaborate with the store team, promoting a collaborative work environment focused on results. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software. * Basic proficiency with Office tools. * Familiarity with retail environments or point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable. * Usage and knowledge of store applications. * Must hold a position of Supervisor or Assistant.
