Position Summary: We are seeking a Trainer/Training Specialist to develop and facilitate customized training programs, create instructional materials, and provide post-training follow-up. Creation of effective teaching materials and continuous follow-up **We are looking for a Trainer/Training Specialist** **Responsibilities:** * Develop **customized training programs** based on the team's actual needs and aligned with KPI improvement goals. * Facilitate theoretical-practical training sessions on topics such as: emotional management, leadership, effective communication, empathy, active listening, sense of urgency, among others. * Create effective teaching materials (infographics, guides, videos, presentations, virtual resources, etc.) for **continuous learning**. * Provide **post-training follow-up** through coaching, mentoring, and individualized reinforcement. **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication, Education, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience as an Instructor** in a Contact Center. * Experience in instructional design and development of clear, accessible content. **Benefits** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm * Base salary * Statutory benefits Work location: Palacio (Durango) Are you interested in this position?
