Operates the TRESS system and has knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Job Description:** **General Objective:** Ensures compliance with payroll activities for IDL personnel, provides support for INFONAVIT and FONACOT matters, assists employees, and manages procedures with government agencies. **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:** * Collect and process information related to salaries, working hours, * bonuses, and deductions. * Maintain accurate records of employee incidents such as vacations, * sick leaves, permissions, loans, credits, etc. * Safeguard and organize supporting documentation for payroll processing. * Prepare employer letters, recommendation letters, bank letters, daycare letters, * etc. * Address and manage inquiries and issues related to employment. * Conduct investigations regarding reports submitted by employees and follow up accordingly. * Implement and monitor disciplinary actions for violations of internal regulations and applicable labor laws. * + Proficiency in the TRESS system + Intermediate-level Excel skills + Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
