




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse/Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support in warehouse, production, embroidery, and cutting, controlling inventories and ensuring smooth material flows. Collaboration in embroidery design and scheduling ***Position: Warehouse/Production Assistant*** ***Location: Valle del Guadiana 654 Bis, Parque Industrial de Gómez Palacio, Dgo.*** We are looking for a Warehouse/Operations Assistant with desirable experience in the textile industry. **Job Objective:** To provide operational and administrative support in warehouse, production, embroidery, and cutting areas, ensuring inventory control, proper material flow, and on-time delivery. ***Your responsibilities would include:*** ***Warehouse Area.*** Attending to and following up with internal and external customers. Reviewing pending purchase orders awaiting preparation and fulfillment. Verifying inventory levels to fulfill orders; if shortages exist, requesting the production department to generate the required materials. Fulfilling orders according to purchase orders. Preparing the corresponding documentation for order deliveries. Coordinating local and national deliveries. Registering products in the Microsip system for accurate invoicing. ***Production Area.*** Supplying necessary accessories for production processes. Coordinating the assignment of locations where product contract manufacturing will take place. Preparing and maintaining accessory inventories, identifying shortages and promptly reporting them to the purchasing department. Assisting in planning the sequence of product entry into production, prioritizing workloads. ***Embroidery Area.*** Supporting embroidery design and scheduling using Wilcom software. Managing procurement of threads required for production and embroidery. Coordinating with the embroidery department to ensure timely and compliant delivery of work per established requirements. **Cutting Area.** Preparing material layout tables and lists. Verifying that layouts are delivered according to requested specifications. ***We Offer:*** Weekly salary. Working hours from Monday to Friday (no work on Saturday or Sunday).
