




Job Summary: Hospital San Ángel Inn HMG seeks an experienced Purchasing Assistant to manage procurement, vendor relations, and administrative tasks for various hospital departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Purchase order tracking and order management. 2. Direct communication with suppliers for material delivery. 3. Internal updating of acquired supplies and materials. "HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN HMG" Invites you to join its team as: "Purchasing Assistant for Hospital" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed high school diploma; bachelor's degree completed or in progress is desirable. * Experience: As a purchasing or procurement assistant, minimum 6 years handling material and supply purchases (hospital experience preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Track purchase orders from various departments. * Communicate directly with suppliers regarding material delivery. * Review invoices and monitor order status. * Maintain close communication with different hospital departments. Update acquired supplies and materials in the internal system. * Perform other administrative duties related to the service.
