Job Summary: We are seeking a Batching Assistant for a concrete plant responsible for material batching, equipment operation, and preparation of production reports. Key Highlights: 1. Material dosing according to customer requirements 2. Proper operation of the batching equipment 3. Preparation of production reports Job Description: Only candidates residing in Gómez Palacio, Durango will be considered. Batching Assistant for concrete plant Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Must own a vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, be aged 30–40, and preferably have 1 year of experience. * Dose materials according to customer requirements for concrete production. * Operate the batching equipment properly during concrete production. * Report material inventory levels to maintain up-to-date stock records. * Monitor daily material consumption and prepare daily production reports. * Assist, as required, with scheduling and dispatching of concrete mixer trucks. * Assign tasks to mixer trucks. * Prepare production reports. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
