




Important Laboratory seeks a **DISTRICT MANAGER.** Lead and supervise the Medical Representatives team within your district, ensuring proper promotion of the product portfolio, achievement of commercial targets, and consolidation of strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, contributing to the company’s profitable growth. **WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?** **1\.\- Management of the Medical Representatives Team** * Participate in the selection, training, motivation, and evaluation of the MedRep team. * Develop and retain talent within the MedRep team. * Design work routes and medical visits with a focus on optimal coverage and frequency. * Implement coaching programs, field accompaniment, and periodic evaluations. **2\.\- Commercial Performance** * Ensure achievement of sales quotas, medical coverage, market share, and district growth index. * Monitor KPIs related to productivity, promotional efficiency, and ROI of medical activities. * Implement corrective action plans when results fall below expectations. **3\.\- Engagement with Healthcare Professionals** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) among physicians. * Participate in congresses, medical lectures, and key scientific activities in the pain management field. * Accompany strategic visits to reinforce scientific credibility and trust with the medical community. **4\.\- Planning and Strategy** * Develop district-level business plans aligned with national strategy. * Analyze market audits (ATV, DDD, Close\-Up, IMS, among others) to support decision\-making. * Identify growth opportunities and new medical niches for the product portfolio. **5\.\- Administrative and Strategic Management** * Report progress, achievements, and deviations to the National Sales Management team. * Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and pharmaceutical industry compliance standards. * Efficiently manage allocated resources (promotional materials, travel allowances, activity budgets). **6\.\- Market Development** * Identify new commercial opportunities and potential medical segments. * Develop penetration and expansion plans for the pain management product line within the district. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** * Completed undergraduate degree in health or administrative fields (100% of credits completed is mandatory) * Minimum 5 years as a Medical Representative, including at least 2 years in leadership roles such as District Manager, Coordinator, or similar. * Experience using market audits such as ATV, DDD, Prescriptions, and/or CloseUp. * Proficiency in CRM or visit reporting systems. * Assertive communication and team motivation skills. * Resilience and adaptability to market changes. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Gross monthly salary of $32,000\.00\. * Incentives based on quota coverage. * Statutory benefits \+ enhanced benefits (restaurant vouchers, SGMM, life insurance, savings fund, grocery vouchers, 30\-day year\-end bonus, and 70% vacation premium) \+ work tools (company car, fuel allowance, petty cash, tablet, and mobile phone). * Direct employment with the laboratory.
