Position Summary: We are seeking a Software Development Manager for system analysis, design, and development; administrative software management; database creation; and exploration of new technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the analysis, design, and development of systems and information modules. 2. Propose and implement best practices in the system development process. 3. Manage and install administrative software (ERP) and create databases. Database creation. Researching new technologies to automate processes and systems. Preparing software requirements documentation. Proposing, implementing, and monitoring best practices in the system development process. Assigning tasks to programmers and verifying their completion. Tracking various software projects. Scheduling/programming development projects and monitoring adherence to assigned deadlines. Evaluating project progress to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Requesting and allocating necessary resources for developing information modules or systems. Participating in university-established improvement programs and projects. Conducting feasibility analysis of user requirements. Participating in university-established improvement programs and projects.
