We are looking for a person committed to excellence, capable of ensuring the quality and safety of our products in accordance with the international standards of the SCAA. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving, physical and sensory analysis of coffee and its by-products. * Conducting and documenting cupping processes. * Supervising and controlling compliance with quality and safety standards. * Sampling for shipments, quotations, and specialized analyses. * Processing documentation with SENASICA for samples and phytosanitary certificates. * Generating and delivering monthly reports and daily reports. * Coordinating with sales, procurement, and operations departments to ensure proper sample flow. **Requirements:** * Education: Agricultural Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in coffee or food industry. * Knowledge of cupping processes and food safety standards. * Proficiency in Office, Google Workspace, and Tastify or similar software (intermediate level). * Service-oriented attitude, results-driven mindset, and analytical skills. **We Offer:** * Initial training and continuous development. * Job stability within a company committed to quality. * Opportunity to grow in a specialized and professional environment. **Location:** Chiapa de Corzo **Position Type:** Full-time **Required Age:** 28 to 45 years **Gender:** Indistinct.
