It plays a critical role in the wet process, as it represents the production bottleneck in the plant; additionally, operators are also responsible for conducting quality tests to ensure the product is in optimal condition. **A Day in the Life of...** * Maintain machine operation with minimal PnP (pieces not processed). * Collect samples from pouches. * Perform shift-based and deep cleaning. * Monitor waste per shift. **What Will Make You Successful** * Prior experience working in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing plants is preferred. * Previous experience with rotating shifts. * Completion of technical high school or partial/completed engineering studies.
