We are a Mexican company with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing metal display furniture for products. We are a multidisciplinary team focused on developing our products using the best technologies to provide our customers with comprehensive solutions to their needs. Job Objective: Supervise, control, and optimize the company’s accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, transparency of information, and efficient control of costs and inventory, with a focus on profitability and operational sustainability. Key Responsibilities: 1\. General and Tax Accounting Coordinate accounting records in accordance with Financial Information Standards (NIF). Supervise the calculation and filing of taxes (Income Tax, VAT, IMSS, etc.). Prepare and validate monthly and annual financial statements. Coordinate internal and external audits. 2\. Internal Control and Financial Reporting Design and implement robust internal controls. Prepare financial reports for management (costs, cash flow, profitability by product line). Control revenues, expenditures, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 3\. Financial and Budgetary Planning Develop the annual budget and its monthly projections. Compare variances against budget and propose corrective actions. Supervise the use of earmarked funds (factoring, loans, working capital). 4\. Third-Party Relations Coordinate with the Tax Administration Service (SAT), banks, insurance companies, factoring firms, and key suppliers. Support relevant notarial, tax, or financial procedures. Manage compliance with tax and labor obligations. Candidate Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. Experience: Minimum 5 years in general accounting, cost accounting, or as an internal controller in manufacturing companies. Key Knowledge: Financial Information Standards (NIF) and Mexican tax regulations. ERP or accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, QuickBooks). Payroll calculation, SUA, IDSE, and IMSS reporting. Inventory control and industrial costing. Desirable: SAT certification as an Authorized Public Accountant, experience in external auditing or the metallurgical sector. Budget preparation. Skills and Competencies: High level of organization and financial planning. Strong accounting and legal judgment. Ability to generate and analyze managerial reports. Professional ethics, confidentiality, and commitment. Leadership and collaborative work with production, procurement, and warehouse departments. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely financial closing (by the 5th of each month). Tax errors identified during audit (target: zero). Monthly variance vs. budget (< 5%). Reduction of shrinkage and obsolete inventory. 100% tax compliance and timely fulfillment of obligations. Location: Tres Marías, Huitzilac. SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON EXPERIENCE. Salary: $20,000.00 – $30,000.03 per month Workplace: On-site employment
