




Snapscale is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Coordinator for a medical practice located in Mérida. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills and will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments for our English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities: * Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule medical appointments. * Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy of details. * Provide clear and accurate information about medical services to English- and Spanish-speaking patients. * Maintain up-to-date appointment records in the patient management system. * Collaborate with medical staff to optimize scheduling and workflow. * Resolve patient inquiries professionally and efficiently. * Notify and update patients regarding appointment changes or cancellations. Requirements: * Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment. * Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and patient management systems. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Meticulous attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
