




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Returns Assistant to manage returned equipment and spare parts, ensuring proper classification, safekeeping, documentation, and tracking. Job Objective To maintain physical and administrative control over equipment, components, and spare parts returned by operational areas, ensuring accurate classification, safekeeping, documentation, and tracking—thereby guaranteeing traceability and efficiency in repair, replacement, or disposal processes. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break). Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Requirements * **Age:** 20 to 40 years old. * **Education:** Completed technical high school diploma or technical degree in Logistics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in roles such as Warehouse Assistant, Returns Assistant, or Maintenance Assistant. Main Responsibilities * **Receiving and registration:** Receive, classify, and register components and machines returned due to failures, maintenance, or inspection. * **Physical inspection:** Identify the physical condition of received equipment (complete, incomplete, damaged, under warranty, etc.). * **Document control:** Prepare logs or intake forms for equipment entering the returns department and assign tracking numbers. * **Material management:** Correctly label equipment and support physical storage and safekeeping of components. * **Internal coordination:** Coordinate with the technical or laboratory department for equipment handover for inspection or repair. * **Reclassification:** Disassemble parts from finished products for reclassification. Knowledge and Skills * Handling of physical and administrative inventories. * Identification of electronic and mechanical components. * Use of registration systems or ERP (preferred: Business Central, SISCO). * Control and classification of equipment (repair, return, warranty, disposal). * Storage, packaging, and labeling processes. * Excel proficiency (lists, filters, basic formatting, and simple tables). * Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
