Job Summary: Design, standardize, and optimize operational processes (warehouse, logistics, packaging, imports) to ensure business efficiency and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Performance bonus / goal achievement bonus **Job Objective** Design, standardize, and optimize the company's operational processes (warehouse, logistics, packaging, and imports), ensuring efficiency, control, and business scalability **Main Responsibilities** * Document current processes (AS\-IS) * Redesign and implement optimized processes (TO\-BE) * Standardize operations through SOPs and manuals * Identify and eliminate bottlenecks * Define and implement operational KPIs * Optimize: * Inventory (turnover, shrinkage, expirations) * Warehouse layout and picking/packing processes * Distribution routes and deliveries * Import flow analysis and improvement (supplier → customs → warehouse) * Coordinate with operational departments (warehouse, logistics, production/packaging) * Implement continuous improvement projects with measurable impact * Monitor results and make operational adjustments **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum **5 years of experience in operations/logistics/processes** * Experience in distribution, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or retail companies Practical knowledge of: * Inventory control * Warehouse operations * Distribution logistics * Desired experience in **handling imported products** * Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced Excel required) * Desired knowledge of ERP / WMS **Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and results-oriented mindset * Structured and orderly thinking * Execution capability (not just analysis) * Effective communication with operational teams and executives * Proactivity and sense of urgency **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Performance bonus / goal achievement bonus * Growth opportunity and high impact on operations * Dynamic environment with direct decision-making Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
