Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza, adjacent to Galerías Atizapán Responsibilities: . * Support administrative department management. * Perform filing and document maintenance tasks. * Process corporate vehicle-related matters, including insurance and registration fees. * Assist in coordinating internal meetings and events. * Prepare reports and documentation using tools such as Excel and SAP. * Effectively handle inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. * Participate in specific projects assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Knowledge of accounting principles. * Prior experience in administrative or related positions. * Experience in administrative management and processing. * Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday. * Reside in Atizapán. Required Skills: * Proficiency in Excel * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Customer orientation and high service standards.
