




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage import tracking, tax and customs entry review, and application of international agreements for customs clearance of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage air cargo coordination and customs entry review. 2. Apply trade agreements and manage import documentation. 3. Prepare documentation for customs clearance of goods. **Requirements** * Education: **Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field (graduated or intern).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate English proficiency * Excel proficiency (intermediate\-advanced). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Weekly payment * Savings fund * Year-end bonus above statutory requirements * Savings account * Vacation bonus above statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers And other benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Track shipping labels (courier packages) upon arrival and calculate applicable taxes to notify receiving department * Coordinate air cargo shipments with the customs broker * Review taxes and customs entries before the customs broker processes payment * Request certification and label authorization from the UVA (Authorized Verification Unit) * Review tariff classifications, estimated values, customs accounts, and automatic permits * Apply trade agreements with other countries * Receive invoices for ocean freight, domestic land transportation, custody services, and UVA services, and schedule these documents for payment * Submit all documentation generated per import shipment to the accounting department for recording * Maintain general import filing system * Prepare documentation for customs clearance of goods Workplace: On\-site employment Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
